Robert Matthew Bristol is an attorney with an established practice located in Roswell, New Mexico. He graduated from University of Texas at Austin with honors. He received his J.D. from SMU Law. Matt has passed the Bar in New Mexico and Texas. He has been practicing law for over 30 years.
Matt has been a lifelong Scout, achieving an Eagle Scout Status and continuing to implement the Scout values in both his professional and personal life. Matt has incorporated this love of service into his law office as well. In 2015, he was recognized with the Robert H. LaFollette Pro Bono Award for his exemplary contributions of time and effort through the State Bar’s General Referral program, Lawyer for the Elderly program, and Pro Bono work.
Matt believes in all inclusive solutions. He knows that after court is over, the family still has to deal with one another. Therefore, he prefers to use as many low-conflict alternatives as possible.
